I build AI products — agents, fintech tools, mobile apps — and I kept hitting the same wall: every "market signals" source was either hype or hearsay. Screenshots without receipts. Launch numbers without definitions. Failure claims without evidence.
So I built the thing I wanted to read: a weekly email where every number carries a source, every claim is graded by how strong its evidence is, and "we're not sure" is written down instead of hidden. InsightZing is that email.
It runs on the same pipelines I use for my own investment research — domain sales feeds, launch boards, public revenue disclosures — cleaned, tiered, and published every Monday.
Timeline
- 2023
Registered insightzing.com — a name I believed in before the idea existed.
- 2023–2026
The WordPress era: site installed, zero posts published. A parked domain and a lesson.
- Oct 2026
Decision: the email is the product, the site is just where people subscribe. Old blog retired.
- Oct 2026
Issue #01 ships — the dry run. Every claim sourced, tiered, and dated.
What InsightZing is not
- Not news aggregation — we don't rephrase press releases; we verify claims against public sources.
- Not opinions — numbers and evidence tiers only. The takeaway cites this week's data.
- Not sponsored placements disguised as data — sponsor content lives outside the data sections, labeled.
